I was thinking it would be a good idea to share my thoughts with you each week after weigh in, or somewhere around that time. Not sure if this will last, but I know it will help me and I hope it helps you too!
I did really well this week. Kept my journal, met my guidelines, had more than enough water and worked out alot. My scale at home didn't move much, so I wasn't expecting a huge loss and I'm perfectly happy with .4 down! That makes 3 pounds in two weeks and my 7th week with a loss! YAY me!! :-)
I also got the pictures of Andrea today...with Sarah Furgeson!! Oh, and Wendy's before pictures too...she attends my meetings and she's lost 100 pounds so far!!! She'll be over tuesday to take a couple of after pictures so I can share them with you here. I think I'll add a success page since I know so many people who have done so wonderfully and I know how much it inspires me to see them.
This website has really done wonders for me. I put alot of work into it but the rewards are priceless. Many thanks to you all for visiting. I do hope you get at least a fraction of what it brings me to share it with you.
My goal this week is to make sure I eat at least my minimum in points each day. I'll let you know just how I do in next weeks entry.
