My Inspiration

It is essential to surround yourself with the love and strength of those who support your efforts.
People who believe in you even when you don't believe in yourself.
Those who serve as an example and help to keep you on the right path.
I am encouraged by anyone who believes in themselves and couldn't possibly name here all who have helped to inspire me.
I am so thankful for each and every blessing to my life and that in itself keeps me motivated to get to where im going and to continue to make each day count! :-)

These are our children, Angela and Brendan. It's so nice to be able to play with them, to be able to sit them on my lap, to have them be able to get their arms around me. I love that i am teaching them the importance of eating well and living well. I love the fact that i can now wear them out!! I look forward to being able to enjoy my granchildren the same way!

This is our angel, Tyler.
Tyler died in 1994, at just one month old, from a heart defect he was born with.
He remains a big part of our lives and is a constant reminder of how tough things can really be....and what is truly important.

This is Andrea, my WW leader...and dear friend.
Andrea lost 60 pounds with WW 20 years ago and she knows her stuff!
Much of what you see on this site, I've learned from her.
She has encouraged me so much all along this journey and she believes in me as much as I believe in myself. Her heart & soul are in her job and it shows.
She has played a key role in my success and I'm sure that will continue far beyond 'goal'.
