Your Weekly Choices!

Week 1 
A. – Do not eat after 8 pm (or at least 2 hours before bedtime).
B - Omit that "just gotta have it" daily snack!

Week 2 
A. - Commit to journaling everything ON-LINE everyday.....good or bad.
B. - Add 15 minutes to your 'normal' work out routine.

Week 3 
A. - No BLT's or extra bites, licks or tastes of ANYTHING all day. You bite it.....you write it!
B. - Take notice of something special you see today. Smell a rose. Go barefoot. Take a walk at sunset. Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take....but by the moments that take our breath away. Appreciate life.

Week 4
A. - Water to drink all day! Get at least your 8-8 ounce glasses in and drink nothing else (besides your coffee!)
B. - No Caffeine today! (Arrrrrrrrgghhhhh)

Week 5
A. - Face yourself! Stand in front of the mirror today and take a good hard look. Now find something you LIKE about yourself and focus on just that attribute for at least 60 seconds!
B. – Pick a challenge pen-pal.  Write and encourage pen pal all week.

Week 6
A. - Out of the 'norm' - Eat something you would normally have for lunch or dinner.....for breakfast!
B. - Learn something about healthy living - Read an article, watch an informative show, visit a website. Educate yourself and each other.

Week 7
A. – Absolutely no stepping on the scale.
B. - No television today......yes, all day!

Week 8
A. - Keep a online/on paper journal - not a food journal but a journal of your thoughts....your efforts...your progress.

B. - Random act of kindness - Smile at someone, pay for someone's lunch, do an errand for a neighbor. It will strengthen your soul....and your efforts!

Week 9
A. - Walk/run an extra mile today - In increments or on the whole....take those extra steps!
B. - Try a new fruit /veggie today. Your produce section is filled with all kinds of things you've probably never tried! Have a look....and a taste!

Week 10
A. - 15 minutes of meditation - Sit and breathe.....close your eyes....relax....reflect. Take the time.
B. - Take a Stroll. - Not a power walk, not counting the miles...just a stroll. Through the garden, the park, the back yard...just down the street....takes a stroll.

Week 11
A. - Do something different with your look today – Is your hair usually up? Wear it down. Don't wear make-up? Put on some lipstick. Normally wear sneakers? Get some sandals on. Change is good!
B. NO ELASTIC WAIST BANDS! - NUFF SAID!

Week 12
A. & B. – Week 12 is all about what you've learned about you. This weeks challenge of choice is all your own. What do you need to concentrate on more? Where do your efforts need to be right now in order to move in the right direction? The choice is YOURS but please share your ideas with us!
