Scalloped Corn
  • 1/2 cup Brummel and Brown Spread
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • About 6 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients together and back at 375* for 40 minutes.
