Scalloped Corn
- 1/2 cup Brummel and Brown Spread
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- About 6 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
Mix all ingredients together and back at 375* for 40 minutes.
- Makes 12 servings
