Before Now

Joan has lost 130 pounds!

STYLING AT 31!
I begin to gain weight after my last child. In I keep the weight on at lest 9 yrs. of 275 1/2. I new then I wasn’t getting no where so I tired different diet plan only to feel and gain more back in it it's place.

I finally came to a point in my life in 1999 I had to get control of my weight.at the weight 2751/2 it gave me back problems and I new then that was the back problem was coming from being over weight. So I took the first step in losing weight. So I remember husband getting a bird talk magazine at work which had employ of the month in it and she was also a weight watcher leader her name was Janice. My husband called her and ask were meeting was and what time and day the meeting was. So that following Thursday I joined weight watchers. The following week, ather being on plan I started losing weight. I was also learning to eat healthy and counting points and it was very important to keep a journal. There is where I realize what I was doing wrong that put weight on me it was eating to much and not the right serving and the way I cook it. So now I cook is low-fat or fat-free and bake meals which are very delicious. I also exercise doing aerobics and raising chickens which has a lot exercise in it is 49,000 thousand chickens and four houses.

The most thing that help me on plan was prayer! My husband helps me on plan he encourage me to go on eat what I like to eat and cook. He really like this plan because there are great recipes and meals on this weight watcher plan. And also I learn to eat healthy and counting points and it was very important to keep a journal. There is were I realize what I was doing wrong that put weight on me it was eating to much and not the right serving and the way I cook it. Really like this plan because there are great recipes and meals on this weight watcher plan. My husband encourages me, he buys me jewelery and clothes which means a lot to be able to get in a smaller size. My daughter and son joined weight watchers ather see me my results of get little, which was like me needed to lose a little weight. What more encouragement could you get then seeing your children wanting to be healthy like you!

So now I am at my goal. Weight Watchers goal is 153 which i have meet it and now i 'am trying to get to my goal. Where I enjoy being at.

Losing this large mount of weight change my life not only inside but out side too! And also it made a different on my back problem pain free now!

My total weight loss is 130 pounds gone! It took 15 months take 130 off! I have been on plan 3 yrs march 25 2002!

Also, remember to ask for the lord help. He is there in time of need! That help me get to were I am at right now!
